Just called to make an appointment (1/29/25) to make/file my Taxes i was asked if i had been there before i said no because i just moved to Greenbay and they replied with WE DONT ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS THIS YEAR and didnt say anything else! If i could give ZERO stars i would!

My wife and I have been customers here for at least 10 years. They are family owned and operated, very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s true, the prices have increased over the years, but so have the prices everywhere else. I definitely recommend EFC over places like H&R Block or Liberty.

I decided to use this location since I had been doing my returns at the Menasha location for over 10 years, this was a mistake. The hours were incredibly restricting and hard to work with and non accommodating. I had asked about the tax filing preparation fee and was told it would be the same as the one in Menasha, but they charged me $40 more and were unwilling to work with me on that. I tried scheduling an appointment with them for an entire week, but the phone was not answered and I had two voicemails unreturned. They had further restricted hours after April 15th even though the federal filing date was extended.Definitely will not be back next year.
