I was very impressed with how clean the laundromat was, and how very friendly the attendant during day Was. The problem was I put my clothes in one of the biggest machines and then two machines, both were the size smaller than the.biggest ones. Put my money in only to have the coin slot make a funny noise and the person told me it was full. so I had to remove my clothes to another machine which was hard because every other machine was out of order there. So I lost money there. I also lost the cost of my soap and my time again, then I put my clothes in the dryer and it's a quarter to start but every time you put a quarter and you have to press the temperature. I know I put my three dryers on high but then the attendant in the afternoon told me that every time you add a quarter just so then I ended up putting two of my loads on again and I lost money there. I believe I lost at least $11.25 just that day. I'm on Social Security and I can't afford to lose that much money and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get three loads of clothes done I believe I will not ever go back to this laundromat again. like I said, the attendant during the day was very very pleasant and very helpful and nice.. I thought the attendant in the afternoon was my money back, I lost on the way to dryers. I had to start over because the temperature changed when I added a quarter but no she didn't and that's fine because now you can deal with this review. Hope this helps other people that got here. to the owner of this laundromat do better take pride in your laundromat. I can't imagine every time one of your machines as I want to order how much money you lose and when I was there there was about 10 wash machines out of order!!! This was corner coin laundromat on the corner of Broadway and mather in Green Bay Wisconsin.
It’s pretty clear that there is no loitering here. But.. for the past 30 minutes a non customer sitting , drinking coffee, And according to the attendant, it’s ok for him to be there and drink coffee? HE IS NOT DOING LAUNDRY!!!
I started to use their drop off service and it was very easy and affordable. Since having more time to do my own laundry their facility is clean and their staff is very helpful. A complimentary cup of coffee was a bonus on a rainy day.
