I hired Coppens roofing to replace my upper roof drain. Upon completion of the work, we noticed that it was leaking. When I called and asked them to assess and fix their work I was told they were "too busy and that I should call another roofing company". The company I called said that the work was not done correctly and would need to be completely removed and replaced. Coppens cut out the area of my white membrane roof around the drain and used an incompatible black material to seal the area back up. I hired Coppens roofing to find and repair a leak in the roof of my commercial building. Upon inspection, they said that my drain needed to be replaced. I hired them and my roof has continued to leak ever since. When I called and asked them to assess and fix their work I was told they were "too busy and that I should call another roofing company". I was furious, but I did, and that company said that the work was not done correctly and would need to be completely removed and replaced. Upon their inspection of the roof, they said that it was unlikely that the drain was ever the real problem. They found two spots where the water was getting in.
