Ken was an absolute dream to work with. After calling multiple places in the area with no call back, I reached out and Ken called me within hours of leaving a voicemail. He set an appointment up to come out and take a look at what I needed done and got me a quote for the work very quickly.
Once I looked over the quote and gave the go ahead, he was very prompt on getting the ball rolling and stayed in touch throughout the process to let me know exactly where we were at. Once everything was ready to go, to do the actual work, he scheduled with me immediately.

I had some electrical problems with my furnace out, and all my basement lights not working with the recent storms….. I called this company this morning, and the owner was very busy with all the recent storms- yet he worked me into his schedule….He was so helpful, kind and extremely efficient! I highly recommend this company… 5 stars all the way! Excellent service!
I would like to add that I had a new fuse box and upgraded watts placed by Blackhawk less than 2 years ago, and had issues one month after they replaced the fuse box and was charged again by them thinking they took care of my electrical outlets.
