Carpet City did a great job with having our carpet ready and with price, HOWEVER, that being said they referred us to a man named Roger to install our carpet. I 100% DO NOT recommend him. We should have seen the sign when he didn’t return phone calls and took forever to come out just to measure so we could order the carpet. Well after a month of talking back and forth he finally came. On the first day he scraped the paint off of two of the walls in the room he was placing carpet in and left our basement a mess which whatever he was coming back for a second day even though he left at 2:00pm which he charged us for. Well when he left on the second day my basement was messier than when he got there. He did not vacuum any of the new carpet so there was carpet fragments all over that and the hardwood in the rest of the basement. He left a large garbage bag full of his left stuff which we have to pay to get rid of since we live in abrams and he left the remaining carpet in a heaping mess in the middle of our flooring. He left taking the check prior to my husband being able to look at anything. I sent him a message stating my concerns which I did not get a reply from but of course he could cash the check in the first day of receiving it. I am not pleased with how my house looks right now nor his work. So DO NOT hire Roger unless you would like to deal with more work than what you started with.
