Rob, Kristy and Jacob (installer) were all very informative and amazing to work with. They explained the products and process extremely well. There were no surprises other than the fact that the price was much better than other places we received quotes from. During installation Jacob was very professional. He did an excellent job as well as informing us on things that were needed for proper use of our blinds.
The whole process was seamless. Someone came over and showed us all of our options and the positives and negatives with each selection, and they were patient with us. Then we made our selection and the installation was quick and easy when Rob came to install. Couldn't recommend Budget Blinds more!
