They are very helpful with any bumps in the road with healing, explain care and the piercing process thoroughly, and answer any question with kindness and respect. It is a very comfortable, safe place as it is an all women shop. Customers refuse to go anywhere else. The service was fantastic, and when a nose piercing became swollen, they fixed the problem ASAP and were amazing about it. The shop is super cute, and people will definitely be going back to redo other piercings here.
Undoubtedly the best piercers in Wisconsin! Such an eclectic and magical Piercing Studio. Beyond clean & elegantly decorated. Mel totally rocked our piercings, leaving us beyond with our newest body modifications. This will be my regular spot henceforth, for ascending in my goth aesthetic 🤌🏼
Absolutely wonderful. I had a less than stellar experience at another piercing place where my 20g nose piercing was unnecessarily stretched to an 18g. I had sent a message to Body Alchemy early in the morning and they were able to get me in as soon as they opened. I got my original size piercing back instead of keeping the 18g and having to go through the entire healing process again. The woman who took care of my issue was lovely, front desk was very helpful. I will definitely be back for any future piercings!
Super kind and welcoming people! They are so easy to talk to and it’s a very comfortable atmosphere. I got both my naval and nose pierced here. Both were painless and have been healing great. Couldn’t recommend more!
