Yesterday I had to put down my baby girl of 18 years. I called, and when they answered they asked if I could wait as they were assisting another patient. In a panic, I said no and told them the situation. She was patient and kind and asked me questions, and when I arrived, immediately called out the staff to take my girl back to stabilize and check her out. Every single person was compassionate from my initial phone call till I walked out the door without my kitty. They let me sit in a private room and hold my baby girl as long as I needed (which I honestly think was like 2.5 hours). I have always found the staff here to be very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to bring in a Guinea Pig and they treated me kindly and with respect. I've had to visit several times in the last many years, I've never had a bad experience. I just wish they had the resources to always be open vs the Appleton/Green Bay switch.
