I walked into Batley CPA and Brien hit me with that "Bird Bidness stare" exclaiming "He flys with the birds!" He then proceeded to tie me down and kidnap me and forced me to listen to 37 hours worth of rapper Summrs music, better known as "Deante Adam Johnson". He told me I will respect the bird bidness liutendant while sippin on a 4 of wock. Twas a rather traumitizing experience.

TERRIBLE! About 8 months ago Brien Batley bought out Fred Miller, who gave personal service to his clients for many generations. At Batley, you are just a number. I have two firms, and his staff hates Brien, as he is very uncordial, puts himself on a pedestal when you ask a question, and then bills you for what could be a 10 second answer. In 4 months since Jan. 2015, our bookwork for both of my firms was never done. Things were done late, wrong, or at the deadline 3 times. Then, without knowing, we get a random box back from Batley with all of our bookwork, so we were confused as to why---not knowing if this was finally done. We then get a separate letter stating that they are dropping us, when we know he is too cowardly to get things done when asked. The previous day, my VP asked one of his associates when we were finally going to get books done, considering they are now AFTER tax season and said we will not pay until we see results. Brien has a horrible attitude. I went into his office to get books back that I dropped off this morning (which they took!) and then received this box this morning and his letter this afternoon. He talks down to people and reads the emails of his associates, and gives no personal attention, and stated to me once (and I have an IQ of 146!) that "I would not understand his answer and people go to school for years to learn the answer." One of his colleagues (who I liked and respected) answered me in a minute. I read him the riot act this afternoon and this information is going out to over 100,000 people on my email list in the Green Bay and surrounding area. DO NOT USE BATLEY CPA!!
