Ryan is thorough, competent, and informative. He is outstanding in his professionalism, and practices humane and ecologically-informed bat removal procedures that are consistent with regulatory guidelines. He is very responsive, which is a plus when you are sharing your living space with uninvited bat guests! You will be impressed.

This is the company you want!! Great service, great workmanship and reasonable prices. Others worked off of fear and tried to get us to commit to outrageous inspection fees that were nothing more than an outside inspection. They based this fee on the square footage of our house?!?! That doesn't make any sense, they were simply trying to get more from people with a larger home regardless of the roofline or even square footage of the roof. (three stories can have more living square footage but same roof area as a one story ranch) The square footage of the house is not always proportional to the roof. Ryan from Bat Specialists was NOT like this. He operates a professional and honest business and does a great job. He's busy because he's good! I hope I never have bats again but he is the only phone call I'll make if we do.

We moved into a log home that had years of bat issues long before we moved in. We enjoyed watching them and having them eat the bugs but when we began to get them in our house and when our dog came across a dead bat in the lawn we decided something had to be done. We received price quotes from several bat companies. Bat Specialists fell in the middle of pricing but the care we received and the attention to detail before we gave him one dollar set him apart. Not only did he take the time to carefully explain in detail what he would do and how he would do it, he was the only company to send me a paper invoice with explanation of expected work and pricing. He also was the only company we received a quote from that abided by the law in Wisconsin about when you can do this type of work with bats. The other companies said the pups were gone already so they could do it. He said we had to legally wait for the Wisconsin date to pass. This spoke volumes about him and how he does his job. He doesn't cut corners and does everything the right way. He is very personable, smart and you can tell he cares about his work, company and doing things the right way. He had his Dad along to help do the work and he was also very enjoyable. He showed me each area of problem, what was done and how it was done. I appreciated his care from start to finish. Learning about bats through this process, I know it is likely we may have bats around from time-to-time that come back to their old stomping grounds looking for a new hole, but since he did the work, I haven't seen any bat activity or droppings. If they would ever find a new hole in the house, etc. I would not hesitate one second to hire him again. There are several bat people that service Wisconsin but in our opinion, if you choose this company you will be extremely happy and taken care of.
