Service is Great!!! They come and do exactly what you ask of them and do not try to self you a service plan or a new furnace. Communication is straightforward, service is quick and efficient!
I requested service from Apex during our recent 90+ degree weather. Since I work 12 hour shifts, I was told they could do a service call after I arrived home at 8pm.
