im a new customer...almost. I have had the pleasure to speak with Pete to establish a new account. Were building in NW Wisconsin. He was great to talk to and got us setup to give an estimate of new service to our cabin we are building. A breath of fresh air in this world of no customer service!I will gladly refer the company!!

Northwestern Electric Company has proven to be a highly efficient, professional utility company. During a northern Wisconsin winter that has been brutal, I've had two power outages. I depend on electrical power to warm my water lines and water pump house. The office staff has been very customer friendly and has even gone so far as to return my phone call to assure me that power is up and running. Their field staff has worked diligently to repair the lines and get us back up and running. We all owe them a huge debt of gratitude!
