We used RW Shaw for installation of IKEA cabinets and additional custom work for our kitchen: custom cabinets, electrical, plumbing, countertops. Great team of workers, very knowledgeable and thoughtful about things they can do with the IKEA cabinetry and with their own custom kitchen work. Work quality was very good; we highly recommend.
Communication was a little glitchy, some minor delays. Required patience and a bit of extra handling/coordinating on our end. Well worth it for the value and great results we got from Rick and the team.
We now have a kitchen far better than we imagined. From Rick's vision and design, to the excellent skill and loving craftsmanship of each team member, this journey was a joy. We learned so much, and the one "skill" a homeowner can use that makes the process so joyful is flexibility-in vision, in time management, in learning. This was a great experience with RW Shaw. The entire crew was easy to work with and very accommodating...especially Janet and an especially very busy season, supply chain challenges and homeowner mistakes...it all worked out. We purchased our cabinets and countertop through IKEA and that went smoothly too. Just remember and work with RW Shaw to understand time lines. The kitchen turned out great! We only wish that there would have been more follow-up after project completion.Services: Drywall installation
