Jeremy was prompt and very thorough. I noted several areas that were considered detriments and areas that we should keep watch on. He sent his report the same day as the inspection so we were able to review it and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
You are making a good decision when hiring Jeremy. He’s very thorough and knowledgable. He will take his time and give a honest assessment and teach you the how’s and why’s. I recommend him to everyone that’s looking for an inspector and my realtor does the same.
I needed my roof and exterior inspected, and his website said he actually cared, which I normally would flag as salesy. I called and left a message, and while waiting for a call back I asked around, and everyone recommended Jeremy. The inspection was done carefully and with lots of detailed notes. He answered all my questions and found issues with my roof. I would also recommend him, and yes, he does actually care. He was great to work with and full of great ideas on various home topics too. I'm very glad we hired him for our inspection.
