We were very impressed with Jeremy’s knowledge of home construction and his detailed and thorough coverage of our newly constructed home build. He identified a number of important defects and repairs that were needed. Dave was a superstar! We were buying a home and added a condition for inspection, and we were able to book him with less than 2 days notice. When he found out we were first time house buyers, he gave us super helpful maintenance tips and advice while doing the inspection walkthrough with us...all done with great humor, patience, and friendliness. The inspection itself and the report were both very thorough and he picked up on things we definitely would have missed. Highly, highly recommend!
