We are new to the area and went to Silver Springs Animal Wellness Center for the first time. I was worried about my chihuahua being afraid at a new vet but it was quite the opposite! He loved the vet and the vet tech! The office is clean, smells great and the staff is very friendly. They gave me a comparison sheet for pet insurance that was very helpful. You have access to a portal where you can make appointments and look at results. They listened to me when I explained my pets history and I did not feel rushed. I am very happy to make this my dog’s new home vet clinic.
The most pleasant experience I can remember at any vet’s office under terrible circumstances regarding my dog’s health. Dr. Morgan and her staff are very caring, accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough. They made an awful situation better in so many ways. I would recommend them to anyone who adores their fur baby like I do.
