Yesterday I had something different, something I had never even heard of - a Thai foot massage. I've had a reflexology foot massage in the past and assumed it would be something similar. I was so wrong; it was so different. If you are picturing your partner massaging your feet while you sit on the couch and binge your favorite show, this is not it. This wasn't focused solely on the feet (no pun intended there), but also on the calves. There was gentle pulling and stretching and afterwards the my hips and lower half of my body was so much looser and more relaxed. I sit at a computer all day for work and I'm sure my ergonomics could use a lot of help. I also felt so incredibly relaxed afterwards and the anxiety I had been carrying all day was gone.

“They have package deals available for purchase, and they also have a massage school in-house, so you can sometimes score discounted student massages. Every therapist I've had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reiki's fault.“
