The office is clean and bright and quiet and relaxing. The employees are nice and respectful and professional. And I love my hygienist. And I really like my doctor. Other of them are very nice. And they take my unique circumstances into Account.

I know, why the doctor wants to put a crown on two of my teeth that are broken, but I don’t know why he wants to put the other two crowns in my mouth. So I need that explained to me.

Went to open door on right, which is normal, and it was locked. I thought it was closed, until a man in the parking lot told me to use the other door! I told the receptionist, and she said, “That’s the way we do it.” Why not open the in door? Anyway, very friendly staff. Clean and inclusive (Christmas and Hanukkah decorations) Hygienist was good, but I had water splashing my face and running down my neck twice, and had to swallow water that wasn’t being sucked up several times. She made no notes about my teeth on the computer, as I am used to. Didn’t measure gums. I arrived early for my appointment but the wait was it seemed excessive. Once into the hygienist chair it was professionally done and I was grateful. Conception is and always has been my favorite. I look forward to my next cleaning.
