I had a recent occasion to send a "cheerful bouquet" to a friend who lives outside Gillett. Finding it is ALWAYS better to talk directly to a local shop, I was happy to find there was one in the town. My call was answered by the delightful Laurel, who listened and totally understood my vision. She went to the cooler to tell me what flowers they had, which included several of my favorites and everything we needed for EXACTLY the bouquet I had in mind. My friend sent me a photo the next day of the beautiful arrangement she had received, which made her very happy. I was just as happy because it was a perfect match for what I was thinking! The owner of Howling and Grooming got my dog in at a moments notice after the local competitor forgot about my appointment. She was kind and patient with my big dog who is terrified of getting his nails trimmed. She did an excellent job and was extremely customer oriented. I’ll be going here from now on!
