Monica is excellent! I came to her with severe back pain after having my daughter. I also had a lot of nerve pain down my leg. I’ve been going to her for about a year now and I’ve developed such a great relationship with her. My pain is managed now and I also have a lot better education on how to keep my pelvic floor strong.
Dr. Monica is so wonderful!! I was hesitant to make the initial appointment because I had worked with a different pelvic floor PT in the past without much success. I am so glad I took the leap! She tailored each appointment to my individual needs and adjusted as we went along. She is a wealth of knowledge, is fabulous with her dry needing skills, is empathetic, kind and funny. I was feeling hopeless and frustrated with chronic pain issues when I made the initial appointment, and she gave me my mobility and hope back.
Dr.Monica and Moving Like A Mother was amazing! Started seeing her at 15 weeks pregnant to prep for pregnancy and birth. I learned so much from her and felt totally prepared for birth and after! Almost 3 months PP now and feeling better than I did before! She’s also super fun and great to talk with! Thank you for everything - will be back for the wellness visits!
