Kons has always provided efficient and very friendly service without any need for clean-up after the truck leaves. A full and complete inspection with easy-to-understand explanation of what to expect in the future was performed. I'm now a graduate of Septic 101! In addition, Mr. Kons (Dave) gave me some homework in the form of digging around and replacing the inspection ports on the septic mound (Septic 102) to make it easier for the next inspection. We are grateful for the excellent results.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, my review would be too long. Literally every person you have to interact with when you need to call them is wonderful. They are so good about helping you through issues, getting to your house as soon as they can if you have an urgent issue, and going above and beyond to help fix whatever issue you’re having if they are able. We have worked with them for a little over 5 years, usually just for routine septic maintenance.
