Our pressure tank went out on 7/10. It’s 7/22. Every time we call for an update they say they’ll check and call us back.. then don’t. We have no running water. Before my father passed they were FANTASTIC to us. So disappointed.
Update it’s 7/28 and it has finally been replaced. 18 days of no water, so grateful they finally came through. The plumber was knowledgeable, kind and thorough.
After a small hiccup in communication we’re super pleased with the work done from Hagen. Keith was absolutely awesome changing out a Kitchen sink/faucet, three bathrooms faucets, and two toilets quickly. I highly recommend Hagen. Thanks!
We have used family owned Hagen Plumbing several times, our daughter has used them. All excellent experiences. Mom answers the phone and can find out information a lot faster than yours truly even researching on-line for hours. Fast response time, Shawn the (supermen in our 78 year old eyes) son is amazing. Staying in your own home and being unable to do the things you once took for granted is made bearable by relying on a local family oriented business like Hagen.
