Jenny is the best! She has been doing my nails for the last year, and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive consistently. Always friendly, always thorough, and I've never once felt as though she was rushing through the service - even though I rarely have an actual appointment!The salon is clean and the massage Pedi chairs are lovely.Services: Pedicure

Sincerely disappointed. If I had posted the day after my service, it would have been a 5 star, glowing review. I was genuinely satisfied with it because they took their time and didn't rush me and were very friendly.But now, I struggle to give 3 stars because after just 3 days, my gel nail polish is already cracking and peeling. I'm so disappointed. Last time I got a gel manicure (at a different salon) it lasted a full month, so I'm not sure what happened. I wasn't overly rough with them or anything. ?

I've been going to Germantown nails since they opened. I've been to many other places, but no one give you the quality or personal service like they do. I've moved to Watertown and still travel an hour to get my nails done every two weeks.Service: Gel manicure
