Staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Alex always is prompt with appointment times but spends time with us and answers all our questions. we never feel rushed. The office is clean, welcoming and my dog likes going to see Dr Alex and his staff.
Germantown Animal hospital was booked through the month but was able to accomodate my pets needs by allowing me to drop her off so they could squeeze her in to be looked at by the doctor. The people at Germantown Animal Hospital know how important our pets are to us and they go above and beyond for their care. Thank you.
My family has been taking our dogs and cats here for a long time. The technicians and veterinarians are all very compassionate and thorough. We have a really reactive dog, and Dr. Miller was great at using methods to gain his trust in order to complete everything in this visit.
