This is probably the best shipper I have ever visited. First, the people are friendly and helpful. Second, I was told to leave my trailer doors closed, and they would open them from inside. Third, one man came out, got one of my load straps and strapped my load for me. Finally, they closed the doors and sealed them. I never had to get out of my truck and, on top of that, I had a 1pm appointment and I was in the dock getting loaded at 1 pm. Every shipper could learn from this company.

Very very nice place to be loaded. Got here a few hours early for 1800 appointment and done at 1800. Plus the shipping department are courteous and respectful. I have 3 more hours on the sleeper to get my 11 HOS back they said don’t worry about it stay here.

Very pleasant experience. I called the day before our 1 p.m. appt on Friday to see if they could work us in in the morning instead of the afternoon. They told us to come in at 8 a.m. Nate loads their outbound trucks on Thursday and Friday early a.m. He sent us to the dock and had us unloaded by 9a.m. Easy peasy. They do have restrooms. Nice office help too.
