Dave is top notch. He built my tiny house with everything in mind, plumbing, heating, electrical, insulation, lighting, usability, aesthetics. All of which he does not overcharge for his fine workmanship. I especially like the natural wood logs for the walls. Really radiates the heat. He also took the time to show me how everything worked and how to maintain it. He provided all the manuals and registration and title. If you are serious about living the tiny dream, this is the man to talk to.

We had such an amazing experience working with Dave and Leona. They were both knowledgeable and thoughtful, and built a home with our needs and preferences in mind. We are so happy with our new home, which feels spacious while still having room for storage, and can't recommend them enough.
