Jeff didn't waste any time getting to work when he was here and made sure everything worked afterward. Once he'd fixed the dryer, he gave us advice on our lemon of a Samsung stove and explained our options in plain language without trying to sell us on expensive repairs. The whole time we were talking to him, Jeff let the dryer run just to be sure it was working right. Payment was quick and easy with an e-transfer. We liked his service and would gladly use him again.
