Another Owner in the Union Grove Community that I could talk to for hours because of her Friendly and Welcoming Demeanor, she loves her community, her business and her furry clients.

I've been in the shop several times, I've seen how she interacts with customers as they pop in for a Pet treat and how she interacts with her clients while they are being groomed. I have also witnessed the customers get excited when they come in with their Owners, they know her and the treats their Owners will undoubtedly leave with for them.

“Took my cat in after seeing how highly recommended pet pals grooming is in a local Facebook group and it was obvious it was with good reason. I got a very skittish cat that doesnt allow us to brush her. We have to get her shaved for her health and while she does alright with this she is still skittish and definitely made many escape attempts and even through all that our girl came home looking fabulous and with a cute little bow. Due to her trying to escape it isnt the cleanest shave but she is healthy and not at risk for more matting which is the most important part. Will absolutely be going back.“
