Very pleased. They were able to fit me in same day and Dakota was very knowledgeable. I liked how they messaged me when they were on their way so I didn’t have to take a whole day off. Dakota throughly went through the furnace to find it had water in the motor and needed attention. He was helpful to explain why it happened and what to do for prevention.
