Kristin did a great job getting me back to my normal life style and my surgeon was impressed with how she reduced the profile of my scar tissue. She can be professional and still have levity at the same time
This review begins with the initial vetting process, during which Kristin, Owner of KSR, patiently and thoroughly answered every question I had, with confidence and enthusiasm.
Having an athletic background, and given Kristin's athletic background and education at Marquette University, I immediately felt comfortable that she understood my goals, which proved to be the case once I began working with her.
Her attention to details, the every day exchange of goals, the workouts, the massages of both my incision and my shoulder joint, and my progress in achieving those goals proved to be invaluable to my recovery.

Kristin has helped me through back spasms, Achilles tendon injury, and pre-op knee strengthening along with post-op rehab. She always listens and ensures she understands where my pain is so she can focus on eliminating that pain. Best physical therapy experience ever!!
