My stylist was friendly and my cut was nice but my very expensive highlights were kind of a waste of money. I showed her the first picture with the chunky maroon and blonde highlights, but what I got was the second picture- basically all you can see is one blonde streak on each side. None of the other highlights showed up. Edit: the store actually saw my review and took the time to call and offer to make it right !!! That’s excellent stellar service.
