Dr. T, described as knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth, has earned the trust and appreciation of his clients. The clinic's receptionists are generally friendly and efficient, with one notable exception, Tiffany, who is reported to be unfriendly and rude. Despite this, the clinic's overall standard of care and support, particularly during difficult times like the passing of a beloved pet, has been consistently outstanding. Clients have been loyal to Franklin Veterinary Clinic for over a decade, even when they no longer live in the area, due to the clinic's impressive knowledge and genuine care for both animals and their owners.
Fantastic care. Dr. T. and the whole staff. Keeping my pets best interests always first and foremost. They kept my best friend in the best health possible for all seventeen years of his short life. Thank you!

On another note , i feel the need to finally say something . The receptionists are for the most part, friendly and efficient . Melissa is great .
Any time I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tiffany , she is most unfriendly and rude . She actually greets you with a blank stare to the point of complete uncomfortableness . Very unsettling to deal with this behavior at the Vets office . If it wasn’t for Dr.T being so good , i would take my business elsewhere .
I have been going to Franklin Vet for over a decade. They were outstanding with my first dog from puppy to senior. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I couldn't have dealt with the passing and after death care of my first dog without their love and support. I have continued to take my current dog to Franklin Vet and that same standard of care has not changed. I highly recommend Franklin Vet Clinic to anyone. I no longer live in the area and but still choose to got to Franklin Vet. 10/10
