I highly recommend the Franklin office. I've been going there for almost 20 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Teresa is my hygienist and always very through and professional. I've had a few dentists over the years which have all been good. (Dr. Alberti was my favorite but is no longer there :( )

All of the staff were lovely and I appreciate their timeliness and attention to detail. My only complaint was the flossing at the end of my cleaning was quite intense. But that is very bearable for only the last 30 seconds of the appointment.

The front desk people were very nice and I really enjoyed our visit. They were able to get us in right away and also a Teresa was able to have her teeth cleaned. She was scheduled for X-rays and have her teeth cleaned because of the snowstorm. Some people canceled me we were ble to fill in the spot. Many thanks!Sincerely,Penny Pheifer
