She did such a great job my mother was so worried she would have to have her take them off because she thought it would irritate her eyes, but GUESS WHAT she went on her vacation and this is the picture she sent me. “I went in today and had Jerry I asked for him because I seen such good reviews written about him. My first time there I was a little nervous because of some of the other reviews. I told him I had high hopes for him he definitely is a breath of fresh air and jokes. Great personality on him he seen my nails and knew they needed help from the set I had done before. He did not disappoint at all my nails look amazing they are slender like they should of been and nice and thin as well. So Jerry definitely has my vote for sure. The pink nails where the set I had before and the green is Jerry's work. Will be back“
“I’ve been coming to Valencia for a few months now. Lisa (owner/manager) does beautiful work. I will say, my experience overall does change depending on who is doing my fill and there are employees with whom I have not the best experience, because of a skill deficit and/or language barrier. I’ve settled into a routine and usually get the same tech now (Lisa or another talented lady whose name is escaping me currently) and I like my results. There have been times where I’ve have come back because of chips/breaks/flakes and they fix it for free, which I definitely appreciate.“
