Love this place! Joining the JK Lee community at Fox Point is one of the best things I’ve done for my family. We stared in spring of 2021 as a way to help our shy kids (then 7yr and 5yr) to get more comfortable interacting with other kids and adults. In addition to self defense instruction via this beautiful performance martial art, the curriculum also focuses on building confidence, growing mental and physical strength, and it reinforces kindness and respect. I love the positive community Mrs Kludt and the other instructors foster here. This place is filled with friends and mentors for every student at any level. My kids, my husband, and myself all attend classes weekly and all agree that no matter how we feel walking in, we always feel great walking out!
I had the bioRePeel done last week and my dark marks are visibly lighter after 1 session. This is something I struggle with and I cannot believe how much clearer my skin was after one session. I will continue to get these done. Deborah is the sweetest!
I had a severe knee break. After a complicated surgery, with the pieces screwed, wired and sewn together, Erik at INTEGRA rolled up his sleeves and began the year + of necessary PT to help me regain my ability to walk. He is a master. It was not easy for me to do the exercises, which were necessarily difficult. At one point he recommended another procedure under anesthesia to "pop" the scar tissue which impeded bending ability. The surgeon concurred. Erik's encouragement propelled me to challenge myself to keep the eyes on the prize; full functional walking, which I learned many older people do not pursue after a point. I was thrilled, with tears in my eyes when after he pushed me to ride a stationery bike I made the first complete revolution of the pedals. This was at 6 months after surgery. In the following months I gained a full bend, and a reasonable gait. After a year I was able to walk to walk down stairs. My later sessions with Erik focused on continued strengthening of quads, glutes, and balancing to facilitate strong muscles in assisting the knee. I am so grateful to have had the experience of the INTEGRA team, and so appreciative that they cared about me as a person and not just as a client. I would recommend anyone who needs PT to call them for the best possible care anyone in Milwaukee could find. Nina E

I have been wanting to get microblading for years and I finally did it!! I was very nervous, not sure what to expect but Jess was very patient with me answering all of my questions. Ive been seeing Tami since she opened Brio about 15 years age. I have very thick, course, curly hair which can be overwhelming to work on. Tami works serious magic on my hair and always shows tremendous attention to detail. I swear she has super powers. She is so funny and fun and always brightens my mood. Her prices are VERY competitive - I’d spend double to have her work on my hair.
