Serenity Nail & Spa is known for friendly, sweet staff who provide beautiful gel manicures and spa pedicures. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and personalized service, with staff often adding nail art and making clients feel welcome. While some find the staff speaking in their own language a bit rude, many enjoy the fun, memorable experience and high-quality work.
The sweetest people work there. I brought my hubs in for his first ever pedicure, and the guy did so good my hubs says he will continue going back. The people that work there alone are worth making an appointment so sweet and funny!
Reasonably priced. Nice and friendly service.
Only down side is when the employees speak to one another in their own language, that clients can not understand what they are saying to each other.

I get gel manicures and spa pedicures there all the time and Vee adds hand painted nail art. I have always been treated well and they do a beautiful job. If I see something I do not like, They adjust it on the spot. Very friendly and always remember me by name...joke and have fun while there.
