Tracy was very kind, she listened to what I wanted and took into account the health of my hair so we chopped off a little extra. My gripes were that we elected to style my hair after and it looked like she did a blow out and tamped it down with too much product. My roots looked greasy and crunchy at the same time somehow. Also as she was doing something on her counter she blew the hair on the apron in my face with the hair dryer because she wasn’t paying attention.

I prefer to get my hair cut at any Great Clips location because I appreciate the online checkin system. I drove out of my way to get to this Great Clips and was not disappointed. My stylist, Kristen, basically already knew what to do because of notes in the system left by the last stylist I saw and patiently listened to my additional requests. She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for and double checked that I didn't need any changes. She was very respectful and speedy while maintaining a great quality of work. Thank you!
