Renaissance Salon is such a gorgeous setting, and I’ve always had great service! Tonight wasn’t any different. I went in undecided on what I wanted after box-dying my hair for years, and I just wanted a change. I had an appointment with Caitlin, and not only is she adorable and so personable, but she also did an amazing job with my cut and color. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to the Renaissance for almost my entire adult life (and that’s a very long time!), and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Jess is truly amazing at what she does and an incredible woman. I’ve even had a medical issue arise while sitting in her chair, and the way she—and the entire staff—handled it with such care, compassion, and professionalism was beyond anything I could have asked for. Jaida K. Did AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted and I gave her stylist choice on the cut and color and she hit it outta the park! I’m trying to grow my hair out some she listened to what I hated currently as I’m growing out lots of layers. With my color I told her I needed a root tap of some sort to brighten my natural red hair that’s dulling as I get older, and to keep my blondes bright. Jaida seriously listened and gave me just the boost I needed!
