I knew when I needed Spine surgery, Physical & Occupational therapy would be an issue. We had recently moved 2 hours away from the hospital where I would have my surgery. That’s when we met Preceptor!
Preceptor is absolutely fantastic! Every single thing was set up perfectly by them for me to have PT & OT right in my home. The therapists always scheduled my appointments when I was available, always going around my schedule. Each therapist, 2 OT & 2 PT were so helpful and supportive as I got my back, legs & hips moving again. Any & every question I had, they answered! Chose to have PT at home after hip replacement. Discharge planner at hospital set me up with Preceptor Home Health. I could not have been more pleased with my therapist, Ashley and Al. I really appreciated the therapy provided, adjustments made as needed and the compassionate care I received.
I highly recommend Preceptor Home Health, Palliative, and Hospice! I run a community in Oshkosh and work with Preceptor. Nick has helped me out tremendously with making sure my residents are getting the best care/support. The amount of time and dedication the RNs,LPNs, CNAs, and social workers put in to make sure my residents are being cared for. They are true advocates for the residents quality of life. If you are needing home health, palliative care, or hospice I highly recommend Preceptor.
