“For the very first appointment for my sister’s cat, I accidentally locked myself out of my car and knew I wouldn’t make the appointment on time. I called AFPG to inform them of the situation – allowing that they could rightfully say I needed to reschedule – and asked if I could call them back when I could access my car again. By the time that happened, it was a good 20 minutes past my appointment time. They only asked how quickly I could get there, and I said about 10 minutes. Even though I was a first time customer and had, therefore, never met any of the staff, they still let me bring the cat in. Needless to say, that is wonderful customer service! The prices are great, too! Highly recommend!“
