She was extremely professional and took the time to explain the entire process thoroughly from start to finish, which made me feel confident and well-informed. I am a professional competitive bodybuilder, and for each competition I diet down to approximately 12–14% body fat. Despite years of training and competing, I’ve always struggled with stubborn fat in my legs and arms that prevents full muscle definition from showing. After five years of competing, those areas continued to look the same no matter how dialed-in my diet and training were. During my first visit, Mackenzie asked thoughtful questions to ensure my diet and hydration were on point and even offered helpful nutrition suggestions. She also performed a full body scan at each session, which allowed us to track fat loss and progress in the targeted areas. We decided to focus on my thighs first, as arms tend to be more stubborn. Each CryoSculpting session took place in a private room, where bands were applied to isolate the targeted fat and the cooling wands were secured comfortably. Mackenzie made sure I was completely comfortable every time—pillows, warm blankets, dim lighting, and soft music created such a relaxing environment that I genuinely looked forward to each session. I even took a nap a few times! While the wands are cold, they were not uncomfortably so—I actually found them soothing, especially on sore muscles. I completed a total of seven sessions, scheduled once every other week, and I noticed great results. Combined with proper diet and exercise, CryoSculpting helped significantly sculpt and define my leg muscles. Even though my competition weight and body fat percentage were the same as the previous year, there was a very noticeable improvement in my leg definition. After competition season, when I typically gain some weight and body fat, I’ve still noticed that my legs have remained more toned and defined.
