This appt was a referral to get an extraction. The administration team was very nice, inviting, and warm. Paperwork was minimal too.
They helped me relax and not focus on the procedure, before I even went back to my room. They laughed at my light humor, so that helped.
Both Dr David Schmidt and Jill (his assistant) were impressive. Jill is super knowledgeable. Very warm and caring.
The best way I can attempt to even describe Dr Schmidt was 'he is in his own league & galaxy'. His general bedside manner was 'reassuring', 'caring', & 'empathetic'. He asks very good questions to continue monitoring patient's well-being & comfort.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I'm absolutely terrified of dentists or anything requiring dental work. The dr was kind and patient, made me feel at ease even though I was nervous. The staff were all super kind and amazing. I went in for all 4 of my wisdom teeth being removed and I had to have full sedation because otherwise I'd never be able to get it done. The staff were friendly and made sure I understood what was happening before they did it. The IV went in flawlessly and painlessly. They made sure I was calm and answered any questions I had.
