If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I'm absolutely terrified of dentists or anything requiring dental work. The dr was kind and patient, made me feel at ease even though I was nervous. The staff were all super kind and amazing. I went in for all 4 of my wisdom teeth being removed and I had to have full sedation because otherwise I'd never be able to get it done. The staff were friendly and made sure I understood what was happening before they did it. The IV went in flawlessly and painlessly. They made sure I was calm and answered any questions I had. From check in to check out, everything was outstanding. I had a sedated procedure which could not have gone better. I awoke with no nausea and no dizziness.I felt totally in control and was kept in recovery after the procedure. Aftercare was top notch with great patient education. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Schmidt. Conscientious and so competent.Everything happened as he predicted. All questions answered thoroughly too. Great oral surgeon, great staff!
Dr. Schmidt was lovely. He explained everything, made me comfortable about the procedure, and his staff is exceptional.Edit: post procedures, wanted to update. I felt nothing, everyone was kind and respectful of my fear of needles, and Jill called back to check on me today. Cannot recommend themmore, this was an ideal experience considering they are surgically removing something. Would give 10 stars if I could.
