I have been going here since 2016 and feel the people generally care. They tell me what they see going on and make recommendations but never are disrespectful when I say I don't want something. My insurance changed a couple of years ago where they became out of network but they were still willing to bill my insurance. I have had very bad experience in the past where I used to cri ge just thinking of the dentist and now I am happy to go here even if it costs me a little more.
Dr. Mike and his staff are great. Dr. Mike explains things very thoroughly before and during treatment. Their number one consideration is how I’m feeling during the treatment process. What a great experience.
The office was a very pleasant place to wait for my scheduled appointment. Where the dental work is done, the atmosphere is also pleasant. The Doctor and Hygienists plus Receptionists were also great.
