Working with realtors Christine and Chris Hartwig of Klapperich Real Estate was a pleasure! Let me tell you about it.....my husband and I had been searching on our own for country acreage, equally suitable for building a home and for recreation, and we were having no luck finding anything. Two days after contacting Christine and Chris we walked a property and with their help, made an offer that was accepted! Fast forward a year and we're moved into our newly built home and it was time to sell our old house; there was never a question that we wanted them to be our listing agents. Erica Huettl is an absolutely phenomenal realtor! Not only were her walkthroughs comprehensive, but she also took the time to get to know me as a person. On several occasions she made insightful recommendations, but didn’t overstepped her bounds by pushing her opinions on me. I never once thought she had any agenda other than finding the best fit for me. Erica is exceptionally intelligent and capable. You really won’t find a better advocate or human being better than her!

I highly recommend Klapperich Real Estate! Erica Huettl was the best!! Always available when I had any questions or concerns. She was extremely helpful throughout the process. You must call her if you plan to buy/sell property, you won’t regret it!!
