So excited JF Lopez Roofing just finished our house and it looks awesome. They did a great job matching the shingles to the new patio build and to my amazement the finished in 3 days. With all the peaks and valleys and complicated roof line it was no problem. The crew was very friendly and thoughtful. I want to invite them all back for a BBQ. Most companies clean up when the are done with the project, not the folks from JF Lopez they clean up everything every night. Great experience all round that we already plan on using them when we build our next home in a couple years.
Our business was struck by lightning a couple of weeks ago! Not only was everyone at JF Lopez Roofing sympathetic to our dilemma (we are a healthcare community), they were prompt in sending out someone to look at our roof, assess the damages, and proceed to expedite the repairs. We were surprised to discover lightning had struck our roof, leaving a huge, gaping hole! The roof looks as good as it did before the damage; repairs were done quickly, and Mark always kept in touch and communicated the ongoing progress!
