Took my jacket in for a zipper replacement at the beginning of Nov 2023 and said it would be done by Feb 24, I have no problems due to many jackets to wear. I finally went in April 24 and he had to dig around for it, found it, and still not done. I was told then it will be done by 2 weeks. Nothing yet, I feel for the guy because I have taken things there in the past, and he does excellent work. I would recommend this place to anyone. But he does need help. As far as I know, he is by himself. Hope this doesn't change your mind,
I brought a sentimental leather jacket to this place for a patch repair. Repair was flawless and affordable. This person is great. If you're reading this, yes he can help and go there!
Great little shoe repair shop! Reasonable rates and did a great job on my shoe! Definitely worth seeing if they can fix your favorite shoes! Am going to bring in another pair of boots that need attention.Addition- I came back to Franworks with the boots I mentioned above and got the zipper sewn back in that had come undone. Again very happy with the quick turn around and reasonable prices. It’s worth getting your shoes fixed!I give them 2 thumbs up!And now a second 2 thumbs up for my boot repairs here!
