We've had Fondy H & AC come out twice and both experiences were wonderful! They know their jobs well, explain everything, give options when possible and are reasonably priced. I wouldn't go any place else.

Just want to take the time to thank the team at Fondy Heating and Air Conditioning for getting my furnace up and running a couple weeks ago after going down through the night. Since then we’ve had some issues with it and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we had heat. I would highly recommend this group and I know they will be the ones installing my new furnace this year!

This past Monday our furnace quit working. I came home from work with a toddler in tow to a 59 degree house. By the time i got done with work and knew of the problem my call was considered an after hours/emergency call. A tech came out and did what he could do and was able to temporarily give us heat for the night, told us we probably needed a new furnace, and tells me I’d get a call from the office the next day. The next afternoon I called and spoke to Alyssa. She took my info and said she would get back to me with price quotes. Instead she calls me back and offers to have someone else come and look at our furnace before doing any kind of price quoting for a new unit. While I was on the phone with her, Ryan another tech, called and left me a message stating he would wave the emergency fee and come and see what he could do. He just left our house, was able to fix the issue, and Ryan provided the absolute best customer service. Thank you for taking care of our furnace and caring about the customer. Aka not just trying to cost us as much money as possible. When I woke yesterday I had planned to call around and price shop for a new furnace. By the end of the day I was in happy tears because of the customer service he provided. Now I will go no where else!! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Alyssa and Ryan!!!
