I recently sold my house through them. While the offer may not have been as high as I would have liked (my home did need quite a bit of updates though), they did come up a few thousand from their initial offer when negotiating to make it a more comfortable number. The process of selling after setting the purchase price was very stress free and was overall an extremely easy and lightning fast process compared to other cash for homes places in the area. Another Cash for Homes place took over a week for the initial lowball offer and then took 2 more weeks just trying to negotiate anything and answering any questions about the process and then stopped responding completely.. Joe and the team at CB Homes were there for every question and concern with immediate responses, took less than 24 hours for the initial quote, and had an offer from one of their partners within 2 weeks and had the closing date set for a 2 weeks after the acceptance of their partner. They were able to do one initial walkthrough and then a video walkthrough for their partners, so that I was able to just live peacefully in my home while they were trying to find interested parties (instead of interrupting your life daily to do walkthroughs like a realtor would) and even provided the option to rent my home back for another month after receiving the closing proceeds which made the next step relatively painless as well. I would highly recommend working with their team.
