The reviews are true. This business is a gem of the UP. We were stranded coming from Montana to visit family in the “other” peninsula. I had a freak fuel line spewing diesel on my Duramax. We found their site on line and called out of desperation. The dealership (*spit*) told us they could PROBABLY look at it “next week”. Kurtz had us back on the road less than four hours after getting it towed in by Nick from Copper Ridge Towing out of Wakefield. The whole crew is fantastic! Diesel truck broke down while pulling 5th wheel trailer 3 min from Kurtz Diesel on 4th of July holiday. Got us in right away the next morning. We were back on the road within a couple of days. Above and beyond exceptional customer service!! Art was very helpful and friendly. Would go back again and again if I lived close by.
