This year both our A/C unit and our furnace failed. GH was not only responsive, but also incredibly professional and reasonable with pricing. They repaired the units when possible, and gave good, clear advice when they had to be replaced (consequence of buying an older home). Very highly recommended.

Great customer service all around, while scheduling the appointment and servicing-staff were super nice. Very knowledgeable as to what was happening and helped explain what was going on and why. Our AC went out and they came to fix the problem within a few hours while other places weren’t able to send people out for four days! Would definitely recommend using GH Heating and Air LLC.
